How to Prepare for this Training

  • Have a current daily yoga practice with a 1-2 year history
  • Have general familiarity with basic asanas
  • Read the homework requirements here Sacred Homework
  • Be prepared to commit to attending every day and every hour of both of the 11-day modules
  • Prepare yourself for self reflection without self judgement. This will help you get the most out of this course.
